Condolence Letter

The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan has sent a letter of condolences to The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolay Patrushev in regard of the fire on the deep-sea research vessel in the Barents Sea, which caused human casualties.

The letter reads as follows:

“Honorable Mr. Patrushev, I express my deepest condolences on the death of 14 sailors at the deep-sea research vessel in Northern Fleet of maritime forces of the Russian Federation in Barents Sea.
I sincerely regret and express my condolences and support to the families and friends of the victims."
