A telegram of condolence

Today, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan sent a letter of condolence to Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Secretary of the Security Council Kalmukhanbet Kasimov. The telegram particularly states:
“Dear partner,
With deep sorrow I learned about the crash of the MI-8 military helicopter belonging to the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan on which I express my deepest sorrow and ask you to convey the words of sympathy and comfort to the relatives and friends of the servicemen killed while fulfilling the military duty”.
