Congratulatory message

Today, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan sent a congratulatory message to Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev.

The message states, in part:

I cordially congratulate you on Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, which is celebrated by the people of our countries for already the 74th time.

Victory Day is our common holiday, a part of our common history. Today we honor the memory of those who did not return from the battlefields of the Great Patriotic War, pay tribute to the heroic war veterans and front workers who managed to save the world from fascism and ensure the peaceful and creative development of our peoples and the humanity.

Sincerely sharing your festive mood at this remarkable spring day, I would like to wish you, dear Nikolai Platonovich, your family and friends, all veterans of the Great Patriotic War, good health, peace and well-being.»
