“Dear Compatriots, I send my congratulations to all the peoples of Armenia with great pride on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of Armenia's independence, our most important and lasting achievement.

Today and always, we reaffirm our humility to all those patriots who have sacrificed their lives for the sake of the consolidation and independence of our հomeland, the inviolability of its borders and peaceful life of the people, our gratitude to the soldier standing at the border, who is the most reliable and real stronghold of our independence.

Every citizen of our newly independent homeland must bear the honor of being a citizen of the independent Armenia with pride and great dignity striving for investing his/her abilities, knowledge and professional skills for the sake of further development of our homeland.

Dear Compatriots, we will continue to strengthen our country's independence and security, develop the economy, ensure social cohesion and a high standard of living leaving a legacy of peaceful, stable, happy and prosperous homeland to future generations.
