"All those political forces that anticipated adverse post-election developments based their judgment on their own experience. We promised to ensure fair and transparent elections, and after fair elections, there cannot be a negative process,” Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan said today on "Factor TV" about the post-election developments.

During the interview, they discussed the June 20th snap-elections and post-election developments. Armen Grigoryan also touched upon the issue of deploying Russian border guards in the border area of the Gegharkunik region, as well as other security-related issues.
