On November 10, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, interviewed the "Herankar" analytical program.
Touching upon the gross violation of the ceasefire by Azerbaijan on November 8, as a result of which a civilian was killed, the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan referred to the statement of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which stressed the need to launch an investigation. Furthermore, the Secretary of the Security Council emphasised that such provocations by Azerbaijan are aimed at questioning the activities of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Nagorno-Karabakh or failing to carry out the work properly.
Speaking about the "3 + 3" format, the Secretary of the Security Council stressed that, according to Armenia's approach, there should be no discussion of issues on the agenda that Armenia is already discussing in the framework of other formats. In particular, the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is being discussed within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship, and the issue of unblocking regional communication routes is being discussed in the trilateral working group of Deputy Prime Ministers.
