The Secretary of the Security Council Gave an Interview to Petros Ghazaryan

The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, gave an interview to Petros Ghazaryan on the Public TV of Armenia.
In response to Petros Ghazaryan's question that Russia considers the military sector diversification as a change of vector, A. Grigoryan noted that the demand for diversification was created very objectively. Armenia with Russia developed a concept of comprehensive reforms of the army, which should have been implemented jointly; however, instead of reforms, attacks on Armenia took place in May and November 2021, during which Russia did not supply the necessary weapons purchased by us, after which Armenia tried to look for new suppliers. Secretary Grigoryan added that if previously military-technical cooperation with Russia was 96%, today it is less than 10%, which we can say is Russia's choice.
In the interview, reference was also made to regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and some aspects of RA-CSTO relations.
