Interview with the Security Council secretary in Civilnet booth

Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan in a conversation with CivilNet's Tatul Hakobyan says, that the results of the Velvet Revolution have already reached Artsakh.

The salaries of the military are raised, they are provided with housing, and in the near future all positions will have water supply.

The meeting also touched upon the September 17 meeting of the Security Council.

During the conversation they also spoke about the September 17 Security Council meeting, the assessment of the local elections and observation missions in Artsakh, the security environment in Armenia and Artsakh.
