Interview with Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan at the Civilnet booth

There have been several attempts of counter-revolution in Armenia since Serzh Sargsyan's resignation: says Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan. According to him, the former authorities today use President of Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan and the Constitutional Court for counter-revolution. Grigoryan believes that attempts will be made to use the upcoming elections in Artsakh.
