Interview in "Sunday Analytical" booth

On February 2 of this year, Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan gave an interview to "Azatutyun Radio" 's "Sunday Analytical with Tamrazian" TV program.

During the interview, the crisis over the Constitutional Court, the domestic political developments, the reforms being implemented and the security situation in Armenia were discussed.

H . Tamrazyan - In the critcism of government officials also has been pointed out that the CC president went abroad, have had meetings and even speculated that he might have gone to Russia or any other country. What do you know about this? Does these visits give concerns in the sense that there was speculation that it was a private, rather than an actual visit.

A. Grigoryan - We have reasonable doubt that Hrayr Tovmasyan is using his post to conceal past violations of law and conceal his appointment as CC President, and also seeks to use the powers conferred on him by his office so as to continue with the fraud and irregularities with which he has become President of the CC to either conceal or retain his post.By the way, it is also very interesting that Hrayr Tovmasyan participated in the 2015 constitutional fraud, which also led to a revolution because Serzh Sargsyan stated that the constitution was changing to democratize, and we were saying then that the sole purpose of changing the constitution was reproduction, and history has shown that it is a constitution of reproduction. That is, Hrayr Tovmasyan is also a co-author of the Constitution of Reproduction and under these conditions these constitutional amendments were falsified, as evidenced by both observation missions and international observers. And it is very important that even under these conditions Hrayr Tovmasyan remains clinging to his post. I am convinced that the small Republican group continues to convince him that he should stay in office because they see this institution as the last trench of their defense and continue to supply Hrayr Tovmasyan with various tools, or quoted weapons, to keep that trench.
