Speaking about ensuring long-term peace in Artsakh, Armen Grigoryan emphasized the role of peacekeepers in this issue, emphasizing that there are opportunities for further extension of the peacekeeping mission.
Answering the question that these days there are rumors in the international press that Turkey is accumulating large forces on the border with Armenia, Armen Grigoryan noted that only an Iranian and a Greek media outlet made such a publication, while some try to present that the whole Iranian and Greek press speak about it. Emphasizing the fact that the periodicals are to some extent connected with the opposition on Demirchyan Street, Armen Grigoryan noted that the opposition, unable to intensify the narrative of the war in Armenia, uses the international press to try to make the thesis of the war more influential, calling such steps a provocation. At the same time, he stressed. "Of course, all our state agencies, from the Ministry of Defense to the National Security Service, are intensively following the developments in the region."
The interlocutors also spoke about the restoration of the large-scale housing construction and infrastructure rehabilitation in Artsakh with the help of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and the Government of the Republic of Armenia, stressing their importance in the context of returning life to normal in Artsakh.
Several other security issues were also addressed.
