The Secretary of the Security Council met with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Artsakh, commander of the Defense Army, Major General Karen Abrahamyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan, the director of the National Security Service, Colonel Samvel Shahramanyan. During the meeting a reference was made to the situation on the line of contact between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan. A wide range of security issues was also discussed.
