The Head of the Department of Democratic Institutions of the SC Office delivered a lecture

From February 26 to March 1, Head of the Department of Democratic Institutions of the SC Office, Doctor of Political Sciences Ashkhen Beglaryan delivered a lecture for the civil servants of Artsakh in Stepanakert. The training course was organized by the Caucasus Institute. The aim of the training course was to develop the skills and capabilities of the civil servants of Artsakh in the field of the communication management. During the lecture, A. Beglaryan presented the peculiarities of the public relations in the public administration bodies. A reference was made to the organization and implementation of communication and the management processes and tools in crisis situations. The participants exchanged experience, discussed the issues of the public administration bodies of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh in the field of the public relations and their possible solutions.
