The Meeting of the National Security Council Secretary Mr.Yuri Khachaturov and the RF Security Council Secretary Mr. Nikolay Patrushev was Held

Today, the meeting of the RA National Security Council Secretary Mr. Yuri Khachaturov and the RF Security Council Secretary Mr. Nikolay Patrushev was held in Moscow.
During the bilateral negotiations a wide scope of bilateral and multilateral format cooperation issues in the security area between Armenia and Russia was discussed. Particularly, the parties addressed to the situation in the South Caucasus, to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement, to the implementation process of decisions taken during the CSTO Collective Security Council session held this year in Yerevan and to the cooperation stemming from security interests between Armenia and Russia in international organizations.
Mr. Yuri Khachaturov and Mr. Nikolay Patrushev stressed the importance of military-technical cooperation enlargement between the two countries, as well as implementation of joint programs in different fields.
In the result of the meeting the “Cooperation Plan 2017-2018 between the RA National Security Council Secretariat and the RF Security Council Staff” was signed.
On the same day, the expert meetings of the RA National Security Council Secretariat and of the RF Security Council representatives were held.
