Secretary of the National Security Council Received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia

Today, the secretary of the National Security Council Mr. Yuri Khachaturov received the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia Mr. Timur Urazaev.
The interlocutors discussed issues on expanding and deepening the cooperation in bilateral and multilateral format in the security sector and other areas. Also, reference was made on the results of the CSTO Collective Security Council session of October 14.
During the meeting the ambassador presented to the NSC secretary the suggestion made by the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. N.Nazarbaev to establish a common global network of combating international terrorism and extremism under the aegis of the UN.
The parties also discussed cooperation between the two institutions, issues of mutual interest, as well as recent international and regional developments.
