National Security Council Secretary Armen Gevorgyan met with the Prime Minister of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan

Today National Security Council Secretary Armen Gevorgyan met with the Prime Minister of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan in Stepanakert.

Welcoming the Secretary Arayik Harutyunyan congratulated Armen Gevorgyan on his new appointment. A. Harutyunyan highly appreciated Mr. Gevorgyan’s professionalism and expressed confidence that his knowledge and experience acquired during years in various high positions will promote a serious success in the new job, as well as in cooperation issues in the best way.
The Prime Minister emphasized that there is much to be done related to the issue of coordinated approach demonstration in the area of security, as well as agreed decision making process in different situations. “At the level of individual agencies, cooperation is at a high level between the two Armenian states, however, I believe that we must intensify our joint work with regard a coordinated approach,”- the Prime Minister said.
The National Security Council Secretary expressed his gratitude to Mr. Harutyunyan for the warm reception and noted that there are really so many things to do in terms of activation of cooperation on security-related matters. A. Gevorgyan assured that all the issues discussed will be given primary working course.
