NSC Staff Participated in the Security Council Secretaries Meeting of the CIS Member-States

On November 11, The National Security Council staff delegation participated in the Security Council Secretaries’ 3rd meeting of the CIS member-states in Moscow.

During the meeting such issues as joint counter-steps against the “Islamic State” and combating illegal migration within the CIS were discussed. The head of the Armenian delegation, Acting Chief of Staff of the National Security Council A. Tananyan delivered speech on the agenda.
In the scope of the meeting A. Tananyan held also bilateral meetings with his counterparts from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. During these meetings issues concerning the deepening of cooperation in the security sector were discussed.
During the meeting with the RF Security Council Deputy Secretary R. Nurgaliev the “2016-2017 Cooperation Work Plan” between the RA National Security Council and the RF Security Council staffs was signed.
