RA SC Secretary Armen Grigoryan paid a working visit to the Republic of Artsakh

On November 30, 2018, RA SC Secretary Armen Grigoryan paid a working visit to the Republic of Artsakh. Within the framework of the visit Armen Grigoryan had meetings with President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan, SC Secretary Vitaly Balasanyan, Commander of the Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan, Head of the National Security Service Samvel Shahramanyan and Representative of the AR President for special assignments Arshavir Gharamyan.
During the meetings the parties discussed the situation on the border line, other issues concerning security, as well as the process of the campaign for the RA early parliamentary elections.
At the close of the meetings the high level of mutual assistance and complete mutual understanding was once more stated.
