Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan's working visit to Stepanakert

At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, on April 29, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with President Bako Sahakyan in Stepanakert. During the meeting the participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the interaction of the two Armenian states in the sphere of security as well as the activities being carried out and the implementations of the decisions made during the joint meeting of the Security Councils of the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh on March 12, 2019.
The meeting was also attended by Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan.
Then, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia met with Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh, Colonel Samvel Shahramanyan. During the meeting they discussed a wide range of issues related to the security.
