Secretary of the Security Council had a phone conversation with the Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the Commander of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh

June 12, 2018 Secretary of the Security Council had a phone conversation with Davit Tonoyan, RA Minister of Defence and lieutenant general Levon Mnatsakanyan, Republic of Artsakh Minister of Defence, Commander of the Defense Army. The discussions were focused on the last days, particularly, the last few hours' active movement and accumulations of military hardware and human forces from the Azerbaijani side on the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan stated that when the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group were in the region, the Azerbaijani side once again hindered the efforts of the Armenian and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs for the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict through provocative actions, as well as intentionally tries to destabilize the situation in the whole region.
Republic of Artsakh Defense Army's frontline subdivisions carefully follow the enemy's actions and take necessary steps.
