
Artur Baghdasaryan and Nikolai Patrushev discussed the perspectives of the Armenian-Russian strategic partnership

Secretary of the National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan, who was on a working visit to Moscow, met with Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev and State Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Mezhuyev.
During the meeting with Nikolai Patrushev the parties discussed the current state and perspectives of the Armenian-Russian strategic partnership in various spheres of security, as well as issues related to the deepening cooperation between the Security Councils of the two countries.
During the meeting with Alexander Mezhuyev, the parties stressed the importance of the role of the Security Councils of the two countries in deepening the Armenian-Belarusian relations and the necessity of revealing new spheres of cooperation.
Artur Baghdasaryan invited his Belarusian counterpart to Armenia on an official visit, which was accepted with gratitude.
Arthur Baghdasaryan also met with First Deputy Secretary of the Ukraine’s Security and Defense Council Alexander Medvedenko.
The parties discussed issues related to the cooperation between the Armenian and Ukrainian corresponding structures, as well as security and defense issues.
