Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev and Secretary of the National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan will discuss issues related to the establishment of the Armenian-Russian Regional Infrastructure Reserve (ArmRosgosphere) in Armenia.

Today, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolay Patrushev and Secretary of the National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan discussed issues related to the establishment of the Armenian-Russian Regional Infrastructure (ArmRosgosphere) Regional Reserve in Armenia. ArmRosgoservice will have regional significance within the CSTO framework. It will play an important role in the development of the state reserve system of Armenia.

Establishment of the Armenian-Russian Reserve Agency is conditioned by the increase of the level and efficiency of the military industry cooperation between Armenia and Russia, which is enshrined in the Treaty on the Enhancement of Military-Technical Cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation.

A discussion on the ongoing work on infrastructure was also held between Deputy Head of the Federal Agency of Russian Federal State Reserves Pyotr Efanov and Head of the RA State Reserves Agency SNCO Sergey Shahinyan.

After the discussion Pyotr Efanov and Sergey Shahinyan visited the Crisis Management Center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, toured the center and got acquainted with the activities.
