Today, the Security Council Secretary Mr. Armen Grigoryan had a meeting with the President of Artsakh Mr. Bako Sahakyan.
Issues related to cooperation in the security sector, strategic infrastructures and commensurate territorial development were discussed during the meeting which was attended by Mr. Arshavir Gharamyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh.
Earlier a meeting with the Artsakh Security Council Secretary Mr. Arshavir Gharamyan was held, during which a number of issues related to security cooperation were discussed.
