Today, Minsk will host the regular session of the Committee of Secretaries of the CSTO Security Council

Secretary of the National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan will participate in the regular sitting of the Committee of Secretaries of the CSTO Security Councils held in Minsk today.
The international situation and development prospects will be discussed during the beginning of the meeting and in this context the issues of ensuring the security of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
The Committee will discuss the process of implementation of the decisions adopted at the December 2010 session of the CSTO Collective Security Council, the issues of co-ordination of cooperation between member states to address the existing threats and challenges, as well as CSTO member states' foreign policy, security and defense consulting programs for the second half of 2011 - the first half of 2012.
