NSC Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan received Caroline Cox

Secretary of the National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan received today a delegation led by Baroness Caroline Cox, Speaker of the UK Parliamentary Assembly of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, who arrived in Armenia on a three-day working visit.
Highly appreciating the Baroness's pro-Armenian activity, Arthur Baghdasaryan expressed hope that the regular visit of the delegation would contribute to the deepening of the Armenian-British cooperation. The Secretary of the Security Council also noted that large-scale reforms are being implemented in Armenia in various spheres of public and public administration in line with European standards.
At the request of the members of the delegation Artur Baghdasaryan presented the process of reforms, touched upon the functions of the NSC.
The parties stressed the importance of deepening relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom, especially in the framework of Armenia-EU political cooperation.
