Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan visited the Shahumyan region of Artsakh as part of a delegation led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on January 28, the 28th anniversary of the Armenian Army. The SC Secretary attended at the solemn ceremony for the commissioning of the newly built officer's residential building.
After that Secretary Mr. Grigoryan and President of the Artsakh Republic Mr. Bako Sahakyan attended the opening of a newly constructed arsenal in the military unit located in the northern part of Artsakh.
On the same day, the Secretary of the Security Council attended a festive event dedicated to the Day of Fatherland Defender at the Stepanakert Culture and Youth Palace with the military and political leadership of Artsakh.
