On June 28, 2018 Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan received Vardan Toghanyan, the RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation. A wide range of issues related to the Armenian-Russian relations were discussed with Ambassador Toghanyan.
