Audiovisual field national program to be developed

The working group on the development of audiovisual national program consistent with the EU legislation held its first session chaired by NSC Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan, Chairman of the inter-agency commission coordinating Armenia’s cooperation with European structures.

The representatives of all the interested agencies are involved in the working group. A number of program development working issues were discussed at the session. Artur Baghdasaryan proposed to arrange discussions with European experts to thoroughly analyze the EU member-states’ experience. By a decision adopted, the conceptual provisions of the national program will be submitted for consideration at the end of September.
