NSC Secretary received the delegation headed by Manouchehr Mottaki, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran

NSC Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan received today the delegation led by Manouchehr Mottaki, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues in relation to Armenia-Iran cooperation. Artur Baghdasaryan expressed opinion that there is a great potential for bilateral cooperation between two countries and emphasized the possibilities of further enhancement of current fruitful cooperation, particularly in energy and transport fields. With reference to the Armenia-Iran railway and pipeline construction, Manouchehr Mottaki expressed the interest of the Iranian side to bring these programs into existence.
