Today, the Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan received a congratulatory letter from the CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas on the occasion of the Victory Day. The letter particularly envisages the commemoration of the Victory in the CSTO member-states and the continuation of the victorious traditions of 1945.
