Working visit of the Security Council Secretary to Artsakh.

Today, the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan during the working visit in Stepanakert.
A wide range of issues related to the development of strategic infrastructures, harmonization of security institutions, regional developments, as well as security were discussed during the meeting, which was also attended by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh Samvel Babayan.
The Secretary of the Security Council also met the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh Samvel Babayan. Issues related to the main areas of cooperation and security were discussed by the parties.
