The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan visited "Yerablur" military pantheon to pay tribute to the memory of the martyrs of the 4-day war and the Artsakh liberation war.
Armen Grigoryan laid flowers at the memorial wall immortalizing the heroism of the Armenians who sacrificed their lives for the freedom and independence of the Homeland.
