The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan Received the Ambassador of France to Armenia Anne Louyot

On November 16, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, met with the French Ambassador to Armenia Anne Lyon.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Ambassador praised the Armenian-French relations and called for their further development.

The interlocutors referred to the incursion of Azerbaijani troops into the sovereign territory of Armenia and the situation created because of it. They also discussed the questions about returning Armenian prisoners of war and civilian hostages held in Baku.

The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan stressed that the Nagorno Karabakh issue is not politically settled yet. In this context, they emphasized the role of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs in the peaceful and comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
