Today Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan had a working visit to the Republic of Artsakh. Armen Grigoryan and Vitaly Balasanyan, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh were on the frontline. They discussed military service issues with officer staff and soldiers.
“Providing armament to the army is a priority and we should make all our efforts to replenish it. We aim at listening to the officer on duty and revealing the real problems”- said Armen Grigoryan.
