The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with the Secretary of the Security Council of Tajikistan Nasrullo Mahmudzoda

On June 17, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, met with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Tajikistan Nasrullo Mahmudzoda, who arrived in Yerevan to participate in the regular session of the CSTO Security Council Committee.

The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, noted that the Tajiks and Armenians are ancient people with a rich history, traditions and culture, which is a good basis for the development of the relations between the two countries, both bilaterally and multilaterally.

The Secretary of the Security Council of Tajikistan thanked for the high-level organization of the sitting of the regular session of the CSTO Security Council Committee in Armenia, emphasizing that this is an excellent opportunity to relate to the Armenian culture and traditions. Nasrullo Mahmudzoda stressed that the relations between the Security Council offices of the two countries are developing steadily. During the meeting, the Secretary of the Security Council of Tajikistan also presented the terrorist threats coming from the Tajik-Afghan border and Dushanbe's steps against those challenges.
