Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan today met with lieutenant-general Levon Mnatsakanyan, Commander of the Defense Army.
During the working meeting they discussed a number of issues related to the security of the Republic of Artsakh, replenishment of armament of the Defence Army and modernization of military infrastructures.
