The Secretary of the Security Council met with Igor Khovaev

On February 9, the Secretary of the Security Council met with Igor Khovaev, the Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, and the Special Representative of the Foreign Minister of Russia on the issues of supporting the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

At the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the ongoing negotiations on the signing of the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace treaty, the implementation of the points of the November 9 declaration, and the blockade of the Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan and the resulting humanitarian crisis.

The interlocutors also referred to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem.
