On September 6, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, met with the heads of accredited diplomatic missions in Armenia.
The Secretary of the Security Council presented details to the heads of diplomatic missions regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh contact line and the accumulation of Azerbaijani military forces along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. The Secretary also brought to the attention of the representatives' heads the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh that is deepening daily. A. Grigoryan emphasised the importance of efforts by international partners to prevent Azerbaijan's possible aggression.
