On September 22, the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, received Toivo Klaar, the EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia.
The interlocutors referred to the large-scale attack unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19 and the difficult humanitarian situation. The parties also discussed the regional security situation and existing challenges.
