Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan received the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia, Timur Urzayev

On August 20, 2018, by the initiative of Kazakhstan, the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan received the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia, Timur Urzayev.
Issues related to bilateral cooperation as well as cooperation within the CSTO were discussed. The sides highlighted importance of the role of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in fight against terrorism, drug trafficking, and cybercrime.
The Secretary stressed the necessity of elaborating and implementing bilateral military cooperation plan between the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, the Secretary presented the inner-political situation in Armenia, in particular, exclusion of its any possible development, which will result in negative impact on the CSTO activities.
