On August 27, 2018, at the RA Ministry of Defense administrative building, the Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan delivered a lecture for officials of the RA state and territorial administration, local self-government bodies at the opening of preparatory phase of the "Shant -2018" military command and staff exercise.
The topic of the lecture was "Threats Against the National Security of the Republic of Armenia and the Main Directions of Defence Policy."
