The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan Met With Hossein Amir-Abdollahian

The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.

The interlocutors emphasised with satisfaction the importance of mutual respect between the two friendly countries and the continuation of the high-level political dialogue formed on the thousand-year-old brotherhood of the two peoples.

Issues related to bilateral economic and security relations were discussed at the meeting, within which both sides emphasised the deepening of RA-IRI cooperation and the implementation of effective steps towards the implementation of agreements in that direction.

The parties also referred to the "Crossroads of Peace" project presented by the Armenian government and emphasized the importance of long-lasting peace in our region.
