On September 2, 2018, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan participated in the events dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic independence in Stepanakert and met with the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan.
Issues related to the cooperation of the two countries in the security sphere were discussed with the President of the Republic of Artaskh.
