The Secretary of the Security Council Received Samantha Power

The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received USAID Administrator Samantha Power.
Armen Grigoryan welcomed the delegation led by Samantha Power to Armenia and emphasised the valued progress of the programs implemented by the agency in Armenia.
The interlocutors discussed the humanitarian situation that has arisen as a result of the policy of ethnic cleansing carried out by Azerbaijan, the Security Council Secretary presented the actions of the Armenian government to assist forcibly displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh.
The parties touched upon the “Crossroads of Peace” project presented by the Armenian government and discussed the possibilities of its implementation.
