On March 25, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received a delegation led by Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.

A. Grigoryan welcomed the Minister's visit to Armenia and emphasized that Armenia-Iran relations continue to develop intensively. In this context, the interlocutors discussed issues related to Armenia-Iran bilateral relations.

During the meeting, the interlocutors touched upon regional security developments and challenges. Seyed Abbas Araghchi noted that Iran opposes any change to the internationally recognized borders of the region.

The interlocutors mutually reaffirmed the imperative of maintaining peace and stability in the region.
