The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan Met with Andrius Kubilius

On April 15, during his working visit to Brussels, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with European Commissioner for Defence Andrius Kubilius.

The interlocutors discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation in the defence and military industry sectors. A. Grigoryan presented the work carried out by the Armenian Government to develop the defence and military industry, as well as sectoral priorities. A. Kubilius presented in detail the EU's priorities in the field of defence and military production and the action plan stemming from the strategic concepts developed within their framework.

The Secretary of the Security Council expressed satisfaction with the assistance provided to Armenia through the European Peace Facility, emphasising its importance from the perspective of increasing Armenia's resilience.
