The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan Met with Ajit Doval

On May 13, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met in New Delhi with Ajit Doval, the National Security Adviser to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

The interlocutors discussed several issues related to the Armenia-India bilateral agenda, in particular, the process of deepening economic cooperation and current cooperation in the security sector were emphasised.

During the meeting, the parties also touched upon the international and regional security situation. At the request of the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Ajit Doval provided information on developments related to recent events on the India-Pakistan border. In response to a request from the Indian side, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia presented the process of normalising Armenia-Azerbaijan relations.
