On October 22, 2018, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan received the US President's Advisor on Cybersecurity issues, former New York city mayor Rudolph Giuliani, who was on a private visit in Armenia on the invitation of the President of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan.
During the meeting, at the guest's request, Armen Grigoryan presented the situation on cybersecurity in the Republic of Armenia, followed by the exchange of opinions on some issues.
