The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan Met with Abbas Araghchi

On May 17, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araghchi.
A. Grigoryan presented the latest developments in the process of normalising relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the efforts being made by the Armenian government. In the above context, the parties emphasised the importance of signing the peace treaty. A. Araghchi emphasised Iran's clear position and support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia.
The current security situation was reviewed with an emphasis on the urgent need to ensure stability and achieve lasting peace.
