The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan Received Aziz Nasirzadeh

On May 21, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received the Minister of Defence and Armed Forces Support of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Aziz Nasirzadeh.

The Secretary of the Security Council welcomed the Minister's visit to Armenia and highlighted the increased bilateral visits, which contribute to the continuous development and strengthening of Armenia-Iran friendly relations. The Minister expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and confidently noted that bilateral relations tend to develop.

During the meeting, Minister Nasirzadeh reaffirmed Iran's support for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia and the independence of the region's countries, expressing opposition to any change in internationally recognised borders.
